What started with just two borehole drilling units and a team of 20 employees has now evolved into a robust operation with four drilling units, a diverse team of over 50 skilled professionals, and an expansive service footprint that spans Uganda and neighboring countries like Southern Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, and Tanzania.

DRACO (U) Ltd is administered by members of Board of Directors. The Managing Director together with the Technical Director oversees a Management/Field team with a strong experience in the water sector. The team is composed of Operations Manager, qualified Hydro-geologist, Administrative Officer and an Accountant that ensures a steady supply of quality operational support and technical backstopping to the Drilling/ Test Pump Teams.
